Been a bit of a strange week in training terms, today’s session reflected that in the sense it was all a little random!

Log push press

80KG – 3
110KG – 2
120KG – 3,3,3,3,3

Log strict press

80KG – 3
90KG – 3,3,3

Snatch (full)

50KG – 3,3
70KG – 3
80KG – 3,3,3

Lunges

50KG – 8 per leg (x3)

Dips

BW- 10.10.10

Stretching

12 stretches – 2 x 30 seconds per leg/side for a total of 25 minutes
