Easy sessions today, body is very sore from recent training.

Crossfit style:

50KG thruster + 20KG KB high swings – 21,15,9 – 3 sets – 4:55. 5:15, 5:10

Kettlebell and ab circuit (16KG KB)

20 tricep extensions (per arm)
30 sec forward hold
25 upright rows
20 bentover rows (per arm)
20 sit ups (with KB)
10 leg raises
20 lying twists

x3 – no rest between sets…
